Anoche arrancó el Hella Mega Tour, la esperada gira por estadios con Green Day, Fall Out Boy, Weezer y The Interrupters, aplazada el año pasado por culpa de la pandemia. La cita fue en el Globe Life Field en Dallas (Texas) donde 35.000 personas pudieron disfrutar de los conciertos sin mascarillas, ni distancia.
Por lo que vemos en los vídeos que han colgado algunos fans, los tres grupos principales contaron con una escenografía propia, y de los setlists sorprende mucho que Green Day no tocaran ni una sola canción de su último disco Father Of All Motherfuckers, aunque sí interpretaron el nuevo single ‘Pollyana’ que sacaron en mayo.
El martes se celebrará la segunda fecha en Atlanta, y el tramo por Estados Unidos terminará el 6 de septiembre en Seattle. Ya el año que viene, volverá a arrancar en Europa el 19 de junio en Viena y se prolongará hasta el 2 de julio en París. Por ahora, España sigue fuera del itinerario.
